VFW Warriors Top of America Run 2009

Show time VFW Post 3917 @ 0700 depart 0730. Riders from the Denver area – meet up at Conoco in Aspen Park just off 285 @ 9am. You MUST pre-register from April 1st thru June 1st. $20.00 registration fee per bike includes  Park Admission and lunch. Additional Rider is $10.00. Show time is at 0700. Dress warm.

THIS RIDE AND ROUTE IS FOR EXPERIENCED RIDERS.

Mt Evans is 140 miles NW of the Springs and is 14264 feet in elevation.

The VFW Warriors, its agents, members, Board of Directors and volunteers have done everything possible to assure that motorcyclists and passengers enjoy a safe event.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees that the activity of riding a motorcycle, as either the operator or as a passenger, is an inherently dangerous activity and the undersigned willingly and knowingly accepts the risks involved in that activity. Accordingly, the undersigned willingly and knowingly agrees that the VFW Warriors, including officers, road captains or other persons serving in an official or semi-official capacity, shall have no responsibility or liability to the undersigned for any accident, injury, or property damage occurring on or in connection with activities organized or conducted by the VFW Warriors. The undersigned hereby waives any and all claims and all rights to assert claims for damages to person or property (both actual and punitive) against any of the officers, road captains, or others associated with the activities of the VFW Warriors. The undersigned hereby unconditionally and absolutely releases the foregoing persons from any and all liabilities with respect thereto and agrees that the foregoing waiver and release shall be binding upon the undersigned and his or her estate, heirs, successors and assigns.
